Grant Uflex Underfloor Heating Cashback Promotion Terms & Conditions

£150 Cashback Promotion - Grant Uflex Underfloor Heating Range
1st January 2023 – 30th June 2023

1. This promotion is carried out by Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd, (Company No. 03196757; VAT No. 675857181) and our registered office is at Frankland Road, Blagrove, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN5 8YG.
2. The promotion applies to Grant Uflex and Uflex MINI underfloor heating systems purchased from a participating Grant merchant retailer between 1st January 2023 through to 30th June 2023.
   a. Eligible products include Grant Uflex underfloor heating system screeded installations, Grant Uflex underfloor heating system non-screeded installations with heat emission plates or overlay boards, Grant Uflex MINI underfloor heating system screeded installations, and Grant Uflex MINI underfloor heating system non-screeded installations with overlay boards.
   b. All pipework and components must be supplied by Grant.
   c. Total order retail value must be over £1,500 (excluding VAT). Orders totalling a retail value of less than £1,500 (excluding VAT) are not eligible.
3. After purchasing a Grant Uflex or Uflex MINI underfloor heating system during the promotional period, the system must be fully installed before making your claim.
4. Installers need to visit https://grantuk.jotform.com/223262719622960 to complete the claim form with their name, contact information, address and all other requested information and submit it together with a scanned copy of their merchant purchase invoice for the Grant Uflex or Uflex MINI underfloor heating system.
5. The installation address for the underfloor heating system must be provided and we reserve the right to contact the homeowner to confirm the system has been installed at the address provided on the claim form. We will use the product information provided for verification purposes.
6. If any of the Grant Uflex or Uflex MINI system (including pipework, manifolds and other components supplied on the original order) are returned or the installation is cancelled and this takes the total order retail value under £1500, the installer will not be eligible to make a claim.
7. The installer must register the Grant Uflex or Uflex MINI underfloor heating system for its product guarantee via the Grant UK website, G1 Portal or G1 Click App before submitting a claim.
8. Installers will be sent an email to confirm their claim has been received by Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd upon submission of their online claim form.
9. If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the installer’s responsibility to contact Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd by emailing info@grantuk.com
10. The promotion is subject to availability and while stocks last, but there is no limit to the number of claims installers can make on Grant Uflex and Uflex MINI underfloor heating system installations during the promotional period.
11. Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.
12. The promotion is applicable to domestic installations on mainland UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Isles and excludes Northern Ireland.
13. All cash back claims must be submitted before 30th September 2023. No hard copy or printed applications will be accepted.
14. Claims that are incomplete or illegible will be deemed invalid and rejected. No responsibility is accepted by Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of the claim.
15. The cashback is for one Grant Uflex or Uflex MINI underfloor heating system installed at one installation address.
16. There can only be one claim per residential address.
17. The cashback cannot be claimed if contract support has been agreed for the installation.
18. The cashback will be sent via bank transfer within 30 days of validation of the claim to the bank account provided by the installer on the claim form.
19. The cashback amount is VAT inclusive.
20. Payment can only be made to the person or company identified on the merchant purchase invoice.
21. Any tax liability arising from this promotion is the responsibility of the installer.
22. We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
23. In the event of this promotion being withdrawn, payments will only be honoured for applicable purchases completed prior to removal of the promotion.
24. Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify any claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
