G1 installers are eligible to benefit from a range of benefits, all of which are designed to give members the edge in today’s competitive market.
Once an installer has had their application to join the G1 Scheme approved, they will then be enrolled as a G1 Installer. New G1 Scheme installers are issued with an electronic Welcome Pack confirming the full details of their membership as well as providing guidance on how to activate their G1 Portal account, register their Grant installations and access all the benefits of being on the G1 Scheme.
Grant UK’s website features a useful Find an Installer search which aids end-users with finding G1 installers and service engineers in their local area. This search facility exclusively looks up G1 installers and service engineers, so it can increase company awareness for those listed through lead generation and enquiries.
Scheme members can use the G1 Installer logo throughout their own company branding as well as having access to use Grant product imagery on their website and company literature. G1 Installers can also request Grant technical and sales information, order branded clothing and marketing merchandise, and much more.
G1 Installers can sign-up to receive monthly e-bulletins which share the latest Grant news, including product launches, technical updates and forthcoming promotions. G1 Installers also have exclusive access to the online G1 Portal which is regularly updated with industry updates, Grant news and technical blogs.
Alongside the exclusive access to the G1 Portal, G1 Installers can also download Grant UK’s product registration app. G1 Click, which is only available to G1 members, enables installers to register products on the go making product registrations even easier. Read more about the G1 Click app here.
The Grant Training Academy offers a wide range of courses from product specific training through to OFTEC and ERS assessments, all of which can help maintain and enhance an installer’s expertise. Courses are held in Swindon, Hawes and at other satellite training facilities as well as online via the Grant eLearning Academy.
G1 installers develop close working relationships with their local Grant sales representative who will in turn recommend suitable installers to merchants and consumers. In addition, leads generated by Grant promotions and marketing campaigns will be sent to G1 Installers local to the enquiry.
Installers can activate exclusive extended guarantees on the Grant products they are accredited for.
In order for a product to be eligible for the extended guarantee, in addition to being fitted by a G1 installer, two other principal conditions must be met:
G1+ Points is an additional tier within the G1 Scheme which enables installers to accrue points against their oil boiler, heat pump, hybrid, solar thermal and QR cylinder registrations, points which in turn can be redeemed against items in the G1 Shop. Developed as a loyalty rewards programme under the scheme, G1+ Points^ gives back to installers who fit Grant products and regularly engage with the Portal.
G1+ Points is a tier that engineers can progress to after installing and registering the required number of products. Engineers who join this tier can accumulate points against the oil boiler, air source heat pump, hybrid, solar thermal systems and QR cylinder installations that they register via the Portal and G1 Click. G1+ Points installers can then claim these points against the selection of items available to order in the G1 Shop.
^Full Terms and Conditions apply which can be requested via the Grant G1 Team.
G1 installers have access to an exclusive online platform where they can register products and receive product support.
