Grant eLearning Academy

The Grant eLearning Academy is an online training resource where heating professionals can complete product courses, including on-demand and live heat pump training, and develop their industry knowledge.

Training to suit you

The Grant eLearning Academy features a catalogue of courses which vary in both content and form, allowing heating engineers and other industry professionals to choose and complete the training which best suits their requirements.

On-demand courses are available which allow candidates to work through the content at a time and place which suits them. Installers and engineers can also enrol onto instructor-led courses where online, real-time tuition can be provided by one of Grant UK’s Trainers.

In addition, the eLearning Academy is also a platform for other useful resources, with a variety of supporting news articles and guides available to view, helping heating professionals to further their learning beyond the classroom.

On-demand courses

The on-demand courses include free introductory modules as well as chargeable, more in-depth product training courses. The on-demand introductory modules are less than thirty minutes in length and the courses can be started, paused and resumed at anytime. These concise courses cover a range of topics from product overviews through to legislation updates.

The chargeable on-demand courses are online modules which are equivalent to the face-to-face courses delivered at one of Grant UK’s Training Centres. These courses feature a high level of detail and contain between 1-2days worth of learning hours. For installers who complete either of the chargeable Aerona³ Air Source Heat Pump Advanced Installer or Installer on-demand courses, they will be eligible to apply for G1 accreditation for Grant heat pumps.

Live instructor-led learning

Instructor-led online courses (ILC) are also available via the eLearning Academy. An ILC is a live online course delivered by one of our in-house trainers and instructor-led courses are available for Grant air source heat pump and hybrid product training.

Each ILC is subject to availability as numbers are limited per course so, when dates are available, candidates can register via the eLearning Academy to enrol onto these instructor-led live courses.

The Grant eLearning Academy is user-friendly and is compatible with multiple devices including desktop computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones provided a secure internet connection is available. The platform is straightforward to navigate but to help users with any queries they may have, we have a dedicated section for the eLearning Academy within our FAQs Support page.
