The Grant Mag One DUO is a universal central heating filter which can provide long-term protection to the heating systems of your customers, whether you are fitting a new oil boiler or heat pump or requiring system protection for an existing installation. Designed to effectively prevent the build up of non-magnetic and magnetic debris within the system pipework, a heating filter, such as the Mag One DUO, can not only provide long-term system protection, it can also improve the lifespan of the heating system and increase its overall effectiveness.

The Grant Mag One DUO is an incredibly effective magnetic filter for central heating systems with the following features and benefits:

• Uses 12,000 gauss neodymium magnet to capture system magnetic debris
• Captures fine non-ferrous particles using a 500-micron mesh gauze to ensure maximum system protection for traditional fossil fuel systems and air source heat pump systems
• Suitable for installation with new heating systems or can be retrofitted to an existing installation
• Direct filtration design with improved overall filtration levels (compared to Vortex Mag One filter)
• Incorporates larger diameter internal waterway to reduce pressure drop through the filter
• Suitable for systems using a boiler up to 36kW in heating output and heat pump systems up to 10kW heating output – for larger heating systems, two Mag One DUO filters can be fitted in a parallel circuit
• Features a hose adaptor for remote draining
• Supplied with full bore flat face 28mm chrome isolation valves with 22mm reducers
• Designed to work with 120°C maximum working temperature and 6 bar maximum working pressure
• Suitable for 360° installation
• Compatible with all system inhibitors and glycol solutions
• Provides convenient means of dosing systems with corrosion inhibitor
• Special filling and flushing adaptor (with cam lock hose connections) available to fit the filter connection block when filter body is removed
