The G1 Membership Scheme is Grant UK's installer network
With our diverse range of products, from oil boilers through to renewables such as air source heat pumps, we need a good network of installers who work closely with us and are confident about the Grant products they fit. The G1 Scheme is designed to provide installers with the essential tools they need to successfully fit and endorse Grant products – from training through to marketing support, the G1 Scheme has it covered.

Whether it is our tailor-made courses, hands-on support or installer friendly products, we are there to assist our G1 installers. In turn, householders can be confident that their Grant appliance has been installed to the highest possible standards, ensuring the best efficiency, reliability and return on their investment.
Installer rewards
Grant UK first launched its installer scheme in 2011 and today, there are over 4000 members of the G1 network throughout England, Scotland and Wales. We want installers to feel that, by joining the G1 Scheme, they are becoming part of the Grant family. Through G1, an installer retains their independence while also benefitting from being under the dedicated umbrella of a leading manufacturer, gaining access to sales leads and enquiries through our Find an Installer online search. Furthermore, by having an affiliation with a reputable company with over four decades of successful innovation, G1 installers can also gain business opportunities and have an advantage over those who are not signed up on the Scheme.
Frequently Asked Questions
G1 is Grant UK's Installer Scheme. Heating engineers can become a G1 accredited installer in one or more of Grant’s product ranges, but each requires a specific set of requirements to be met before being accredited in that technology. If you are interested in enrolling onto the G1 Scheme, please speak to your local Grant UK Sales Representative or contact the G1 Team by emailing G1@grantuk.com.
Installers who join Grant UK’s G1 Scheme can activate extended guarantees on the Grant products that they install. For example, G1 Installers can activate product guarantees of up to ten years (subject to Terms and Conditions), compared to the standard two year guarantee available on Grant products when installed by a non-G1 installer.
The G1 Portal (www.g1.grantuk.com) is an online platform which is exclusively accessible to G1 Scheme members. Via the Portal, G1 Installers can register their installations, access useful downloads and order marketing materials and branded items via the G1 Shop.
G1 Click is a product registration app exclusively accessible to G1 Scheme members. This app syncs with the Portal so that G1 installers can be sure that both platforms have their latest account information. Compatible with iOS and Android devices, G1 Click is a handy tool for Scheme members to have on their phones.

Speak to your Grant UK Sales Representative - your local Area Sales Manager will then get in touch to discuss the Scheme in further detail with you, answering any questions you may have. If you need to complete product training, your details will be shared with our Training Team.
Receive your G1 Welcome Pack – Once you have spoken to your Area Sales Manager and provided you fulfil the requirements to join the G1 Scheme, you will then be sent your G1 Welcome Pack confirming the details of your G1 membership as well as how to activate your G1 Portal account
