G1 Portal
G1 installers have exclusive access to this online platform where they can activate their extended guarantees and access product support.
The Portal’s central purpose is to process G1 product registrations but it is also the platform where installers can turn to for marketing and technical support.
The Portal is an online platform which is exclusive to G1 installers with access only permitted via logins.
After fitting a Grant product, G1 installers need to turn to the Portal in order to register the installation and activate the extended guarantees. Additionally, the G1 Portal is also home to a number of useful resources and features, including:
Registration log with useful indicators to highlight upcoming service due-dates
Interactive, bespoke dashboard with an installer’s account information collated together
Downloads hub where technical manuals, marketing literature and other useful guides can be viewed
Useful Blog and News pages where G1 installers can read and engage with Grant’s latest updates
G1 Shop where branded clothing, merchandise and promotional items can be ordered.
The Portal is the platform through which G1 installers register Grant products for their extended guarantees – a product can only be registered for an extended guarantee through the G1 Portal (not the Grant UK website). Consequently, G1 installers need to be familiar with the Portal online platform.
