VortexBlue Cashback Promotion Terms & Conditions

£250 Cash Back Promotion - Grant VortexBlue Oil Boilers
1st May – 31st July 2022

  1. This promotion is carried out by Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd, (Company No. 03196757; VAT No. 675857181) and our registered office is at Hopton House, Hopton Industrial Estate, Devizes, Wiltshire, SN10 2EU.
  2. The promotion applies to Grant VortexBlue Blue Flame Condensing boilers purchased from a participating Grant merchant retailer between 1st May 2022 and 31st July 2022.
  3. After purchasing a Grant VortexBlue Boiler during the promotional period, the boiler must be fully installed before making your claim.
  4. Installers need to visit https://grantuk.jotform.com/221032894365052 complete the claim form with their name, contact information, address and all other requested information and submit it together with a scanned copy of their purchase invoice for the VortexBlue boiler.
  5. The installation address for the boiler must be provided and we reserve the right to contact the homeowner to confirm the VortexBlue boiler has been installed at the address provided on the claim form. We will use the boiler serial number provided for verification purposes.
  6. If the boiler is returned or the installation is cancelled, the installers must not make a claim.
  7. The installer must register the boiler for its product guarantee via the Grant UK website, G1 Portal or G1 Click App before submitting a claim.
  8. Installers will be sent an email to confirm their claim has been received by Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd upon submission of their online claim form.
  9. If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the installer’s responsibility to contact Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd by emailing info@grantuk.com
  10. The promotion is subject to availability and while stocks last, but there is no limit to the number of claims installers can make on Blue Flame installations during the promotional period.
  11. Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.
  12. The promotion is applicable to domestic installations on mainland UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Isles and excludes Northern Ireland.
  13. All cash back claims must be submitted before 31st October 2022. No hard copy or printed applications will be accepted.
  14. Claims that are incomplete or illegible will be deemed invalid and rejected. No responsibility is accepted by Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of the claim.
  15. The cash back is for one individual boiler installed at one installation address.
  16. The cash back will be sent via bank transfer within 30 days of validation of the claim to the bank account provided by the installer on the claim form.
  17. The cash back amount is VAT inclusive.
  18. Payment can only be made to the person or company identified on the merchant purchase invoice.
  19. Any tax liability arising from this promotion is the responsibility of the installer.
  20. We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
  21. In the event of this promotion being withdrawn, payments will only be honoured for applicable purchases completed prior to removal of the promotion.
  22. Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify any claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
