OFTEC Heat Pump Training
This OFTEC course is intended for heating engineers who will be designing heat pump heating systems as well as installing and maintaining air source heat pumps (non-refrigerant circuits).
Course Overview
This OFTEC training OFT21-504A qualification covers the key elements of air source heat pump installation, commissioning and servicing and the OFT21-504D qualification covers the key requirements for designing such low temperature heating systems. Completion of both qualifications would enable the holder to apply for OFTEC registration and for MCS certification for work under the scope of MIS 3005-I and MIS3005-D.
