Solar thermal training
The Grant Solar Thermal System product training course is intended for either experienced solar thermal installers or heating installers new to solar thermal who wish to know more about Grant Solar Thermal Systems.
Course Overview
The solar thermal course training covers all aspects of the Grant Solar Thermal System including principles of operation, system design, collector construction and installation, pump station, controls and filling/commissioning procedures.
The practical ‘hands on’ sessions include ‘on the roof’ collector installation and the filling, flushing and commissioning procedures.
Who Should Attend
This course is designed for heating engineers and installers who are either new to solar thermal or experienced with this technology. Candidates who intend to apply to join the Grant UK G1 Installer Scheme must successfully complete the written assessment at the end of this course.
