The TechBox app is a digital resource for heating engineers and installers to turn to for all of Grant’s product manuals, both current and archived. Easy to navigate with its clear structure and user-friendly design, engineers can download the product categories relevant to them and use the app when onsite, even when there is no internet connection. Through the TechBox, Grant UK’s installation manuals and user guides are available as PDF downloads to view on mobile phones and tablet devices.

Functions of the TechBox

The Grant TechBox is straightforward to use with plenty of useful features for users, including:

• Installers can select the product categories most relevant to them - any combination of categories can be downloaded and additional categories can be added or deleted at any time, allowing engineers to tailor the TechBox to suit their needs

• Clear pathways and structured categorisation makes finding documents easy - simply choose the product category, model range and select 'current' or 'archive'

• Offline functionality allowing users to download manuals even when there is no WiFi or internet connection available

• Save documents as 'Favourites' allowing engineers to access the manuals they use most regularly as quick links via the main navigation menu

• Keep up to date with ease - when a manual update is available, users will be notified via a number icon displaying in ‘Settings’. Simply navigate to ‘Manage’ and select ‘Update’ which will allow the TechBox to update all the changes within the product categories downloaded.
