Through the G-CERT Scheme, Grant UK certified renewable installations for MCS accreditation on behalf of installers. Please note, the G-Cert Scheme is now closed and is no longer taking applications for new Sub-Contractors or new installations.
The Team here at Grant UK can still help your business and upcoming installations with a wide offering of installer support services including on-site technical support, design and specification, and online video tutorials to give just a few examples.
A member of our Sales Team can join you onsite to view your plans, answer your questions and provide you with a quick-step estimate, there and then. With face to face customer support and tailored product information, Grant UK can help with your installation every step of the way. With a free site visit, you can benefit from onsite expert advice directly from a manufacturer, you can discuss the different solutions available to meet your project’s heating requirement, and you will be provided with an instant estimate for heat pumps, underfloor heating and heat emitters.
Grant UK has a dedicated in-house Design Department who can provide installers with full heat loss calculations as well as a number of other design services. From heat emitter sizing through to product specification and quotations, Grant UK's Design Team can help installers plan and design their upcoming heating installation projects. They can also supply detailed underfloor heating system designs and drawings to support heating engineers with their renewable installations.
To support installers with the all-important processes involved in the customer handover of an air source heat pump installation, there are a number of playlists on the Grant UK YouTube Channel which provide installers and their customers with clear tutorials on the heat pump's controller as well understanding the system's operation. There is also a video tutorial dedicated to heat pump engineers which talks through the steps involved in setting up and commissioning an Aerona³ heat pump.
