• Sealed system kits are available to suit all Aerona heat pump models and they are available in three sizes: 12 litre, 18 litre and 50 litre. (Part codes: HPAWSSK12 / HPAWSSK18 / HPAWSSK50)
• The flexi-foot kit with fixings is supplied in a pack comprising of two 600mm feet for mounting the Aerona. The kit serves as anti-vibration as well raising the heat pump off the ground. When installing these with a VortexAir Hybrid when both the boiler and heat pump are sited together externally, two kits will be required totalling four feet. (Part Code: HPIDFOOT/KIT2)
• The through wall insulation kit is a heavy duty insulation to fit the 22-28mm flexi hoses used with Aerona heat pumps (Part Code: HPIDINSU/KIT)
• Hot Water Priority Relay (up to two space heating zones): this relay for Aerona³ R32 models only gives hot water priority over the central heating system. When there is a demand, this relay automatically closes the valve to the heating system to allow the cylinder to be heated using the heat pump’s full output. When the hot water demand is satisfied, the relay allows the valve to the heating system to open & the heat pump returns to providing space heating when required (Part code: HPWPR1)
• Hot Water Priority Relay (up to four space heating zones): for heating systems with two central heating zones (such as one upstairs and one downstairs), Grant supply this up to four zone hot water priority relay for Aerona³ R32 models only enables the hot water demand to be prioritised over two central heating zones instead of one (Part code: HPWPR2)
• Grant’s 7 day immersion programmer (suitable for Aerona³ R32 models only) automatically switches on the cylinder’s immersion element, either daily or weekly, for a short period of time, taking the water up to the required temperature set by the immersion thermostat to provide anti-legionella protection. (Part code: HPIDT205)
• Domestic Hot Water Programmer (suitable for Aerona³ R32 models only): this automatically controls the heat pump domestic hot water operating periods. The integrated timer provides up to four on/off periods per day. (Part Code: HPIDTM04)
• The Grant System Combined Volumiser/Low Loss Header (includes 3kW supplementary element and relay) creates hydraulic separation therefore maintaining the correct flow rate through an Aerona heat pump while providing a suitable volume of system water to allow the heat pump to fully modulate (Part Code: HPIDSYSLLHKIT).
• A 30 litre External Volumiser (complete with 3kW supplementary heater and relay), which is designed to sit behind Aerona³ heat pumps only, is also available - connected to the flow from the heat pump into the flow of the system, this volumiser provides a minimum volume of water to allow the heat pump to control its modulation (Part code: HPIDVOL30EXT / HPIDVOL30EXT6).
• 50 litre Internal Volumisers supplied either with or without an immersion, which are compatible with all Grant Aerona heat pumps, are also available for additional system volume (Part Code: HPIDVOL50 / HPIDVOL50X). An optional cylinder stand can be ordered which allows the internal volumiser to be sited underneath a QR hot water cylinder (Part code: MB-50).
