An underfloor heating system should operate quietly so if it does become noisy, this could indicate an issue. A noisy UFH system could suggest that there is air in the system, that pipework or brackets are loose, the pump speed may be too high or the pressure is too high. Please speak to your underfloor heating installer and ask them to inspect your system.
