Your boiler is a small but important part of any heating system. When a system is losing pressure, it is easy to ascertain if the boiler is at fault by following these steps:
1. Take the front cover off the boiler and look in and around the base of the boiler to see if there is evidence of a leak -if you find a leak, please contact your heating engineer.
2. Check the pressure relief pipe which will come from the back of the boiler to the outside of your house to see if there is evidence of water there.
3. If no leak can be found in or around the boiler, we recommend contacting your heating engineer for further guidance.
The information provided here is advice only - if you are not happy to check your product, please contact a heating engineer to assist.
