I have a fault code displayed on the heat pump controller - where can I find out what this means?

If you have a fault or error code displaying on your Aerona³ Remote Heat Pump Controller, you can find out what the code means by referring to your Grant heat pump’s manual. If you do not have a copy of this manual to hand, you can download via this product support hub.

You may also find this video useful which talks through error codes that can display on the remote heat pump controller and explains what each code means. You should also speak to your heating engineer.
