If there is a fault with my VortexAir hybrid, where will the fault code(s) display?
If your VortexAir hybrid has been installed as one unit (with the heat pump and boiler installed together outside), any error codes will display on the Aerona³ Remote Controller.
If your VortexAir hybrid has been installed with the heat pump sited externally and the boiler installed indoors, any error codes arising from the heat pump part of the system will display on the Aerona³ Remote Controller and any error codes arising from the boiler part of the system will display on the control panel on the boiler itself.
