If there is no flow from your hot water taps, this may be due to an issue with the mains supply. Firstly, check that your mains supply has not disconnected. If the mains supply has been disconnected, open the supply valve or wait for the supply to be reconnected. If the mains supply has not been disconnected, check any in-line strainers which may be fitted to see if there is a blockage.
If these fault-finding recommendations do not resolve the issue, please contact your service engineer to inspect your product.
