Grant UK team up with Highworth Town Juniors FC U13s

Highworth Town Juniors Football Club is based on the outskirts of Swindon in Wiltshire. Founded in 1964, Highworth Town Juniors FC has developed from a club with a small number of teams into one of the largest grassroots football clubs in Wiltshire, supporting both boys and girls with access to football training and fixtures. An award-winning community club, Highworth Town Juniors FC has over 30 junior teams from under 7s through to under 16s, as well their ability counts teams which are dedicated teams for children and adults with disabilities.

For the 2026/2027 season, Grant UK is sponsoring one of the teams at Highworth Town Juniors FC – the under 13s H boys team. Playing 9-a-side football, the U13 H team is part of the North Wilts Youth Football League who are supported by two dedicated volunteer coaches who help the team with developing their football skills, accessing excellent training facilities and taking part in league fixtures most weekends.

Roger Midwinter, Manager of the U13 H team writes: “Grant UK's sponsorship of our U13 H team will really make a difference this season and we are incredibly grateful to the company for their support. Contributions to grassroots sport in general are vital to enable us to keep giving opportunities to young people in the area. For some, this can be their escape from the pressures of home or school life so the value of grassroots sports can never be underestimated."

“We have recently extended our support of local grassroots sports clubs and we are pleased to sponsor Highworth Town Juniors FC U13 H team as part of this initiative,” comments Anna Wakefield, Head of Internal Sales and Marketing at Grant UK. “Highworth Town Juniors FC have provided football training to local children for over 60 years and their investment in community sports is ongoing, with their new 3G pitch recently developed and opened. We hope our support of the U13 H team helps the club continue its great work in the area.”
