What isn’t covered?

• Faults due to accidental damage or tampering
• Damage due to external causes such as bad weather conditions
• Servicing, de-scaling or flushing
• Consumable items such as oil nozzles, oil hoses and gaskets

Air Source Heat Pumps

What’s covered?

• All electrical and mechanical components
• Heat pump shell
• Labour and call out costs

What isn’t covered?

• Faults due to accidental damage or tampering
• Damage due to external causes such as bad weather conditions
• Servicing, de-scaling or flushing
• Consumable items such as antifreeze and biocide inhibitor

Cylinders and Thermal Stores

What’s covered?

• All electrical and mechanical components
• 25 year stainless steel shell cover
• Labour and call out costs

What isn’t covered?

• Faults due to accidental damage or tampering
• Damage due to external causes such as bad weather conditions
• Servicing, de-scaling or flushing

Registering your product

In order to be eligible for our extended product warranty, you must register your Grant appliance with Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd within 30 days of installation. To do so please follow the links to the online product registration facility.

You will have 60 days from the installation date to purchase one of our extended product warranties. If you are outside of this period, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team via 01380 736920 or email service@grantuk.com. 

Cancellation policy

If you change your mind, you may cancel or withdraw from the Scheme at any time before the end of the first year’s Manufacturer’s guarantee period (12 months from date of installation) and receive a full refund, unless your appliance has already been replaced or written off.

Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd reserves the right to charge £25 administration fee if the policy is cancelled within this time.
