'Visit a Grant Heat Pump’ workshops for homeowners

First launched in 2022, Visit a Heat Pump is an initiative organised by Nesta which allows homeowners to see working air source heat pumps and speak to those already living with a heat pump. While brochures and online resources can help prospective heat pump owners learn more about this technology, seeing the product installed and in person can help homeowners decide whether it is right for them. This is why Grant UK has partnered with Nesta to organise ‘Visit a Grant Heat Pump’ workshops at its Training Academy in Swindon, Wiltshire.

The Visit a Grant Heat Pump workshop sessions are specifically for homeowners who are considering an air source heat pump for their property. Each session will be approximately one hour in duration and attendees will be able to see a range of different models of Aerona 290 and Aerona³ heat pumps, from smaller single fan units up to larger double fan heat pumps. Homeowners will be able to learn more about how air source heat pumps work by watching a demonstration of a working Grant heat pump system. Grant UK’s Renewables Experts will also be on hand to discuss heat pump myths and key installation considerations, and attendees will receive information to take away to help them take the next steps towards living with a heat pump.

Events are scheduled in October and December with more Visit a Grant Heat Pump workshops planned for early 2027 as well. Each session is free to attend.
