Whilst all reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information, GUK accept no liability in the event of error or omissions and always recommend that visitors seek the advice of a qualified installer for an accurate product recommendation for their property's requirements.
• Flue Configurator Tool (Homeowner and Professional section) - available to visitors to the professional section and is designed to help users identify suitable flue options for specific oil boiler models. Any results from this tool are provided for guidance only. The engineers listed on the website are experienced in fitting GUK heating products, but are not directly employed by GUK. Whilst every effort is made to monitor the performance and quality of the engineers listed on this search facility, GUK do not accept responsibility for the workmanship or operation of any third party company that GUK may have promoted either in conversation, email or any other communication. Likewise, the views and opinions conveyed in any communication with employees within GUK may not reflect that of the business as a whole.
• Find a Merchant Tool (Homeowner and Professional section) – a search facility which locates merchants and stockists of GUK products and spares local to the postcode entered.
• Events (Professional section) – a calendar of upcoming events where GUK representatives will be present.

It offers a suite of tools including developer insights, project case studies, BIM Library and support options such as system design and onsite technical assistance.
• Spares (Professional section) – provides a catalogue of the range of items available in GUK’s Spares product category. Visitors can search and view individual spares with the additional function of creating a Shopping Cart of selected items, a list that visitors can then send to their own email address. Please note, this is not an e-commerce site so no orders can be placed via the GUK website.
6. Product Guarantees and Warranties
GUK offers both standard and extended guarantees on its products:
• Standard Guarantee: Products come with a 12-month guarantee from the date of installation, extendable to two years if registered within 30 days and serviced annually, subject to specific Terms and Conditions.
• G1 Scheme Extended Guarantees: Products installed by G1 Scheme members may qualify for extended guarantees of up to 10 years, subject to specific Terms and Conditions.
• Extended Warranties: Additional warranty options are available to purchase for products registered within 30 days of installation, subject to specific Terms and Conditions.
