Steve Burton

For two decades, Steve ran a plumbing and heating company installing gas, oil and renewable heating systems. He laid his first underfloor heating system over twenty years ago and in 2019, Steve transitioned from the field to join Grant UK as a Designer with a focus on providing technical insight to support the Uflex underfloor heating range.

Today, Steve is the Design Manager, managing the team of eight specification technical advisors within Grant UK’s in-house Design Team, providing heat pump and emitter sizing to support the Sales Team and installers looking to install Grant heat pumps and renewable heating systems.

In his roles at Grant UK, Steve has implemented a range of software solutions which have helped the Design Team to increase the range of services they provide to customers. With extensive experience in heat loss calculations, underfloor heating system design and system pipework schematics, Steve works closely with his team and Grant UK’s customers to provide in-depth system design support to developers, installers and their projects.
