Christmas Delivery Schedule 2025

These are the last order dates (from Grant UK, Swindon) for pre-Christmas deliveries - please note, all deliveries are not guaranteed, are carrier/courier permitting and are subject to product availability and branch opening hours on 23rd December 2025.

BOILERS, HEAT PUMPS, ETC for delivery in mainland England & Wales - Friday 19th December*
BOILERS, HEAT PUMPS, ETC for delivery in Scotland (exc. Highlands and Argyll & Bute) – Thursday 18th December*
BOILERS, HEAT PUMPS, ETC for delivery in Scottish Highlands - Wednesday 17th December*
SPARES for delivery mainland England, Wales and Scotland (exc. Highlands and Argyll & Bute) - Friday 19th December*
SPARES for delivery in Scottish Highlands, Argyll & Bute - Wednesday 17th December*

*Orders must be received by 10.30am for pre-Christmas delivery
^Orders must be received before 2pm for pre-Christmas delivery

Products and Spares ordered after the above dates will not be delivered before Christmas. Orders can be collected from Grant UK, Swindon, up to 12pm midday on Wednesday 24th December 2025 - after this time, no further orders will be despatched by Grant UK until after the Christmas Shutdown.

Christmas Shutdown

Grant UK will be closed from 1pm on Wednesday 24th December 2025 with no orders being despatched until normal business resumes on Friday 2nd January 2026. Over the festive period, Grant UK's phonelines will be open as follows for Technical and Customer Service calls only:

25th - 26th December – Closed
27th December - 8.30am – 1.30pm (Technical Lines only)
27th December - 8.30am – 1.30pm (Technical Lines only)
29th - 31st December - 8.30am - 1.30pm (Technical & Customer Service Lines only)
1st January – Closed
