G1 Super Points - Grant Vortex Oil Boiler Promotion for G1 Installers
1st July 2023 - 30th September 2023
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully regarding G1 Super Points, a Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd promotion.
1. Entry into the G1 Super Points promotion is open to G1 installers only. The promotion is available in mainland UK only (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Islands are excluded).
1.1 Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd employees (and their families), printers, agents, suppliers and anyone who is not a member of the G1 Installer Scheme are not eligible to claim.
2. The G1 Super Points promotion is running from 1st July 2023 through to 30th September 2023. Only Vortex boiler registrations received during this promotional period will be eligible.
3. During the course of the G1 Super Points promotion, G1 installers will accrue 250 Points for every Vortex oil boiler that they install and register during the promotional period (1st July 2023 – 30th September 2023).
3.1 Boilers installed and registered outside of this promotional period will not be eligible for G1 Super Points.
4. To participate in G1 Super Points, G1 installers must register an eligible product via the G1 Portal (www.g1.grantuk.com) or G1 Click app between 1st July 2023 – 30th September 2023.
4.1 Eligible Grant Vortex oil boilers will accrue 250 points each. All G1 Scheme Members will accrue this Points value per eligible boiler registered, including G1+ Installers.
4.2 The following Grant product ranges are not eligible for G1 Super Points: Aerona³ air source heat pumps, VortexAir Hybrids, Grant Solar Thermal Systems, Grant QR Cylinders, Uflex and Uflex MINI Underfloor Heating Systems, and Afinia Radiators.
4.3 Eligible products must be installed and registered in full accordance with the G1 Scheme Terms and Conditions.
4.4 Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd reserve the right to request a proof of purchase for eligible products receiving G1 Super Points.
4.5 Grant Spares and all accessories are not eligible products for G1 Super Points.
4.6 Product registrations submitted via channels other than the G1 Portal or G1 Click app will not be eligible for G1 Super Points. For example, product registrations provided over the phone or submitted via the Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd website will not be eligible.
4.7 The use of any false name(s) or address(es) will result in disqualification.
4.8 Registrations that are incomplete will not be valid and will be deemed void.
5. G1 Installers can only redeem their G1 Super Points against items which are displayed in the online G1 Shop available on the G1 Portal (www.g1.grantuk.com/shop).
5.1 G1 Super Points accrued during the promotional period will be held on the G1 Portal until 13th December 2023. If a G1 installer does not redeem their G1 Super Points before 13th December 2023, the points will be lost.
5.2 G1 Super Points claims for OFTEC and other courses can only be redeemed for courses which are held by Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd’s Training Academy.
5.3 Any items listed on the G1 Shop draw are subject to availability and the suppliers’ terms and conditions.
5.4 In the event of an item being unavailable, Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative item of equal value.
6. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date an order is placed via the G1 Shop for the delivery of items.
6.1 Orders placed through the G1 Shop will be processed within 10 working days, subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, the G1 Team will notify the installer accordingly. Orders will be despatched to the address registered to the G1 Portal account.
6.2 Some items may be delivered separately.
6.3 Deliveries can only be to mainland UK addresses.
6.4 Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd. and/or their suppliers will attempt to deliver item(s) once to the address specified on the order. If an item or items are returned, carriage charges may apply for reattempted deliveries.
7. G1 Super Points are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. G1 Super Points cannot be accrued or claimed alongside any other offers, promotions, or contract support.
8. Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd reserves the right to have the final decision regarding all matters relating to the G1 Super Points promotion. Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd also reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all G1 Super Points accruals and claims, disqualifying those which have breached the Terms and Conditions of G1 Scheme and/or promotion.
8.1 Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel G1 Super Points without notice. Any changes to the promotion will be fully explained to all G1 installers via the G1 Portal. In addition, Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd reserves the right to remove any items from the G1 Shop without prior notice.
9. All installers claiming G1 Super Points must be aged 18 years or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
10. All claims for G1 Super Points must be made directly by the G1 installer via their Portal account using the G1 Shop.
11. Registrations made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
12. No responsibility can be accepted for registrations lost, damaged or delayed due to computer error in transit.
13. The conditions are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no other alternatives will be offered.
14. Any tax liability arising from this promotion will be the responsibility of the G1 Installer.
15. Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of the G1 Super Points promotion at any time and void Points from entrants not entering into the spirit of the promotion.
16. Where applicable, the decisions made by Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd are final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over the decision.
17. Promotional conditions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

19. In the event of discrepancy between these standard Terms and Conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
