Grant UK G-One accredited installer announced as Installer of the Year 2015

G-One installer ND Waters Oil Heating and Plumbing Ltd picked up the prestigious award of Installer of the Year at the 2015 Heating and Renewables Awards. Based in Romney Marsh in Kent, Neale Waters attended the awards evening with his apprentice Kallum who both collected their well-deserved trophy on the night.

Neale has been involved in the heating industry for just under three decades, previously as an OFTEC inspector and, more recently, trading as ND Waters Oil Heating and Plumbing Ltd. Primarily installing and servicing oil fired boilers, the company also occasionally fit air source heat pumps. OFTEC registered, ND Waters have also been Grant G-One accredited installers since November 2013 which allows them to offer extended guarantees on the Grant products they install, such as the renowned Vortex oil-fired boiler range.

Speaking about the award, Neale commented, “To be nominated in this category was an achievement in itself but to win Installer of the Year was excellent! It was rewarding to be recognised for the company’s hard work.”

Working alongside Neale is his apprentice, Kallum, who recently attended a Vortex course held at Grant UK’s Training Academy last month. Not only does Neale offer a wealth of experience with oil boiler installations, the company is also keen to support the next generation of heating installers as can be seen through Kallum.
