Grant UK extends black external fittings throughout EZ-Fit Flue System range

Flue guide front cover, Aug 16In June this year, Grant UK introduced the option of a black painted finish to the external parts of its low level (Yellow) flue system. From 1st September, all of the external flue fittings throughout the entire EZ-Fit flue range will be changing to black, replacing the stainless steel option previously available.

This transition to black painted external flue fittings was made by Grant following feedback from installers who wanted to offer their homeowners a more modern choice of finish for the outside of their home.

The black painted terminal supplied with the Yellow system flue kit has proved popular and so it will now be available throughout the remaining systems in Grant’s EZ-Fit flue range. Therefore, when installers fit a Yellow, White, Red, Green or Orange EZ-Fit flue, all of the external fittings will be black in colour, including the terminal sections and guards, plume diverter kits, brackets and other external accessories. The internal pipe runs will remain in their original colour, whether that is white or a steel finish.

There is no additional cost for this upgrade and the new black external fittings will complement the flue parts that are fitted internally, a combination which will produce a more discrete flue system set up for the end user.
