We are looking for a warm and friendly front of house Receptionist to join our team. You will act as the first point of contact on our reception desk, welcoming visitors, notifying internal team members of their arrival, and ensuring they are looked after while waiting in the reception area. The role will also require regular telephone work and general administrative duties. This position reports to the Internal Sales Manager and will be based full time (5 days a week) at our Swindon HQ.  

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Meeting and greeting visitors 
  • Issuing security passes 
  • Directing visitors to refreshment and restroom facilities 
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls  
  • Assisting the Internal Sales team with general clerical duties as required 
  • Maintaining the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable 
  • Handling outgoing post, including using the franking machine 
  • Collating product information packs  


  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Teams, Outlook. 
  • Good customer service skills 
  • Excellent organisational skills  
  • Good Telephone Etiquette 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently.
