Design Administrator

Permanent Contract

Due to the expansion of our “Package solution” offering which now includes underfloor solutions, a position has arisen to join a progressive and forward thinking company as a Design Administrator.

The post is office based at the company’s UK headquarters in Devizes, Wiltshire and gives the successful candidate the opportunity to join a major manufacturer/distributor in the domestic heating sector.

 The role is both challenging and rewarding and relies on sound administration disciplines and assisting in developing the companies own Design department.

 The role will involve co-ordinating all queries that come into the Design Team, ensuring that all queries/quotes are answered/delivered according to our strict deadlines. 

 The role will work closely with the Design Team based in Devizes as well as forming strong links with the Field Sales Teams and external design support services. 

 Ideally, the applicant will have a sound administration background and possibly some experience of working within the heating industry. Knowledge of emerging renewable technologies is also desirable but training on all the company’s products will be given.

Essential:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent literacy and maths
  • Understanding of renewable technologies
  • Able work as part of a team as well as under your own initiative
  • Computer literate – Excel and Word experience are essential, Sage is preferable
  • Good problem solver

Hours:

 Monday to Thursday:      8:30am to 5:30pm

 Friday:                          8:30am to 5:00pm

Salary: Dependent upon experience
