Customer Contracts Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Accounts / Contracts Assistant to join our finance team.  This role is to assist the Contracts Manager who works closely with Sales and contribute towards the special relationship between Grant Engineering UK and its customers.  This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of finance and accounting.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining the monthly rebate and promotional fund accrual and schedule
  • Raising monthly rebate and promotional fund credits
  • Creating promotional fund statements, processing invoices and jot forms
  • Raising annual rebate statements, balancing reconciliation and creating external audit files
  • Forecasting rebates for cashflow and budgets
  • Creating stocking deal accruals/credits
  • Reviewing turnover schedules and merchant submissions
  • Experian/credit limit schedule maintenance
  • Price increase deferment reconciliations and processing
  • Regular checking of terms and notes on sage etc
  • Supporting the terms and contract creation in relation to site contracts

 Experience Required:

  • General accounting/finance background
  • Organised and methodical approach tasks
  • Excellent excel skills & experience of sage products
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
