    To register your Heat Pump, please complete the form below.

  • It is imperative that you select the correct Heat Pump from the list. The model number is located on the data plate which is on the rear of Heat Pump. If you are unsure of which Heat Pump you have, please contact your installer.

  • 0 of 17 max characters. The serial number can also be found on the data plate located on the rear of the Heat Pump. The serial number will always be 17 digits long. For example: 8203000909122204. Aerona³ serial numbers must be in the form 405675-8815-XXXXXX.

  • To register your Boiler, please complete the form below.

  • It is imperative that you select the correct boiler model from the list. Depending on the boiler, the boiler model can either be found on the control panel or on the data plate which is located internally on the left hand side of the boiler casing. If you are unsure of your boiler model, please contact your installer.



  • Please ensure the serial number is entered exactly as it appears on the boilers data plate. For example: 17915270312163 or D18-21-11-11-70-O84-V277-C06-P02. The serial number can be found on the data plate which is located internally on the left hand side of the boiler casing.
  • To register your Cylinder or Thermal Store, please complete the form below.

  • It is imperative that you select the correct Cylinder model from the list. The Cylinder model can be found on the white data plate which is located on the Cylinder. If you are unsure of your Cylinder model, please contact your installer.

  • The serial number can be found on the white date label located on the Cylinder.



  • To register your Solar Thermal System, please complete the form below.





  • To register your Wood Pellet boiler, please complete the form below.
