G-One Installer Scheme
For many years now, Grant UK have forged close relationships with its installing customers. The ‘G-One Scheme’ takes this partnership to a whole new level by providing installers with the essential tools to confidently embrace Grant technologies.
Through tailor made training courses, hands on support and installation friendly products, Grant provides installers with the tools to ensure success. In turn, consumers will be confident that their renewable heating/hot water system was installed to the highest possible standards by a manufacturer’s certified installer, ensuring the best efficiency, reliability and return on their investment.
The G-One Scheme covers Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar Thermal, Condensing Oil-fired boilers and Wood Pellet Boilers. With Grant Wood Pellet Boilers, it is essential that the installer first obtains G-One status, before installing, failure to comply could invalidate the appliance warranty.
To become a G-One Accredited Installer you must successfully complete the relevant G-One course, hold adequate Public Liability insurance, comply with the Grant Accredited Installer Code of Conduct, and actively promote, specify and install Grant products. Once completed, the installer has access to a whole host of benefits, including special offers and a personal area of the Grant website, featuring up to the minute product/industry technical bulletins and a live chat forum.
