Next month, Grant will be launching a new addition to its popular EZ-Fit Flue range. From 1st June, all of the external parts with Grant’s low level (Yellow) flue system will be available in black allowing installers to give their homeowners a choice of finish. This option to fit black external flue fittings provides a more modern, unobtrusive look at no increased cost.

Over recent months, Grant UK has been speaking to installers to gain their views regarding the colour of external flues. The overwhelming response has been that black is the preferred option for external applications and white for any internal flue systems. Consequently, Grant has reviewed their existing flue ranges which mostly have stainless steel finishes for external applications and are excited to announce the launch of an alternative black version.

The new black low level kits will also be complemented by a black version of the existing plume diverter kit. For no additional cost, installers will now be able to offer their homeowners the option of either the existing stainless steel finish or the new black style to suit the individual needs of specific properties. Grant anticipates that the black finish will prove popular especially with period properties which are looking for a more discrete flue system set up.
