Testimonials

“I received quotes from 3 heating engineers. Robin's was the only written quote received and was very comprehensive and competitively priced. He arrived when he said he would and fitted the Grant Vortex Combi in a single day, fully explained its operation and answered my questions. He returned the next morning just to ensure there were no leaks and to finish the commissioning. I strongly recommend Robin of RJC Domestic Plumbing Services Ltd.” – Mr McGrath

If you are unable to find an engineer in your area, in the first instance, please contact your local Grant Area Sales Manager by clicking here. Alternatively contact our Head Office by calling 01380 736920 or by clicking here.

Please note: the engineers listed on this website are experienced in fitting Grant heating products, but are not directly employed by Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd. Whilst we make every effort to monitor the performance and quality of the engineers listed on this search facility, we do not accept responsibility for the workmanship or operation of any third party company that Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd may have promoted either in conversation, email or any other communication. Likewise, the views and opinions conveyed in any communication with employees within Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd may not reflect that of the business as a whole.

We recommend that you contact more than one engineer to ensure you receive the best quotation.

We advise all of our engineers to obtain the relevant qualifications, certifications and approvals in the products they install, such OFTEC, MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme), etc.

The purpose of OFTEC is to recognise reputable, qualified installers who are capable of installing and servicing oil-fired boilers. Members of OFTEC are approved to certify that their work meets Building Regulations. Any householder who uses an OFTEC registered installer will receive an official certificate to confirm that the work carried out meets the official industry standard. Any installer who is not registered with OFTEC is required to notify their local authority’s building control department before they carry out any installation work.

Please note: in order to be able to claim the financial incentives through the RHI (Renewable Heat Incentive) and the FiTs (Feed-in-Tariffs), your installer (or their sub-contractor) must be MCS approved. Please ensure this is confirmed before the installation takes place as Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd takes no responsibility for householders not being able to access these incentives.

As a company, we strive to provide an exceptional level of service and constantly review our products and systems to ensure this is achieved.

We actively encourage feedback on our ‘Find an Engineer’ facility and services as a whole, as it allows us to enhance your overall customer experience. If you have any suggestions of areas of improvement, no matter how big or small, please email them to info@grantuk.com
