Customer Services

All Grant service personnel are technically trained and able to offer telephone support from our dedicated Customer Service Helplines.

Should the need arise, service cover is provided for in-warranty products, on a national basis. We endeavour to attend site within 24 to 48 hours of notification of the problem to Grant UK’s Customer Service Department, where possible.

As a Company, we strive to provide an exceptional level of service and constantly review our products and systems to ensure this is achieved.

Support

Grant UK endeavour to provide a high level of customer service before, during and after the sale of any appliance. We are able to offer assistance with heating designs and employ a technical sales force who can attend site meetings where required.
