NEW GRANT PLUME DIVERTER AND FLUE ACCESSORIES

Following feedback received from a number of Grant oil installers, our Development Team have been looking at ways to overcome pluming on existing condensing installations for low level flues.

Whilst we have an existing solution for new installations of low level flues utilising the Grant Green System GK90 or GK200 starter kit, many customers have requested we develop a solution for existing low level flues where pluming has caused a nuisance.

We are therefore pleased to announce the immediate availability of our new Plume Diverter Kits which are designed to fit with our latest EZ-Fit Yellow low level balanced flue System.

The kit comprises, a starter elbow, which fits over the already fitted flue terminal, 2 x 1m lengths of stainless steel flue pipe, a terminal elbow together with 2 x adjustable brackets, and is available in 80mm diameter for boilers up to 26kW and 100mm diameter for boilers up to 70kW.

Grant has also developed an extended black terminal section for the vertical flue systems.  The unique stainless steel diverter extends the flue extract section i.e. the terminal end by a further one metre, and is easily retro-fitted.  This can simply be carried out by pulling off the existing terminal and end cap on the flue and replacing with this new arrangement.   This kit is useful, if for instance, there is a Velux roof window or opening too close to the terminal.
