OFT 101: Servicing & Commissioning

Training and assessment for oil servicing & commissioning technicians wishing to obtain OFTEC 101 Registration – allowing them to commission oil installations (with pressure jet burners) in accordance with Part L of the current Building Regulations (England & Wales). Course fee includes: Training, assessment, certification charges, all necessary OFTEC literature (including OFTEC books 1,2,3 & 4) and lunch/ refreshments.

Combined training and assessment for oil technicians wishing to obtain OFTEC 105E and 600A registration, allowing them to install oil boilers as well as domestic and non-domestic oil storage tanks. Course fee includes: Training, assessment, certification charges, all necessary OFTEC literature (including OFTEC books 1,3,4 & Domestic Heating Design Guide) and lunch/refreshments.

Combined training and assessments for oil technicians wishing to obtain OFTEC 105E/600A and 101 registration as an installer of oil boilers, oil tanks and as an oil servicing/commissioning technician. Course fee includes: Training, assessment, certification charges, all necessary OFTEC literature (including OFTEC books 1,2,3,4 & Domestic Heating Design Guide) and lunch/refreshments.

OFTEC REGISTRATION FEES
Currently business registration with OFTEC, for a five-year period, costs £510.00. Grant UK can assist with the cost of business registration by providing a £250.00 credit against the above-mentioned amount to keep registration costs to a minimum. Thus, the business registration cost is reduced to £260.00. Currently individual registration with OFTEC for a five-year period costs £210.00 per individual (equal to £42.00 per year for five years) For example – A self-employed installer will have to pay both a business and individual registration fee giving a total of £470.00 (after the deduction of our £250 credit) for a five year period. All OFTEC registration fees are subject to VAT. Please note that the above registration charges are set by OFTEC and are subject to change without notice.
